PT.TASPEN (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) assigned by the Government to administer social insurance and pension funds with aim of improving welfare civil servants or participants their families, both while still active after retirement. In daily reporting activities at PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto company, input will be made system during activity. If Prototype Design results are satisfactory, employees can develop next stage, namely making application no longer need use Microsoft Excel report every day course it makes very easy for users reports into application. The combination these two methodologies helps in creating designs on PT. PURWOKERTO that high quality according user needs. Problems exist office uses excel, lack supporting applications fulfilling existing Purwokerto. main purpose this design simplify process ensure accurate timely.
